I thought of creating this blog when I went to the Wikipedia page on Friends World and found that it redirects to something called "Global College."
I checked for friendsworld.blogspot.com, but it wasn't available, neither was friends-world.blogspot.com, and so because Friends World was a college for most of its existence (and because the whole time I was there it was a college), I went for friendsworldcollege.blogspot.com.
I'm creating a FaceBook group, too, for Friends World alums.

I was in the first CRC class 1996-1997 w/ Steve Jenkins. Would love to reconnect with fellow students from that time and see where life has taken us.

A committee of approximately 25 people from "back in the day" through present students are working on a 50th anniversary celebration. Sarah Moran, center director for Latin America CR is heading the steering committee. I would like to share your blog spot with the members and perhaps use your site to gather information and drum up support for the event. What are your thoughts?
